Happy Halloween!

Halloween this year was pretty fun now that Tyler understands the concept of it a little more. He was even pretty good at saying Happy Halloween and Trick or Treat to everyone so it was cute. This year our costumes were all home-made (or at least hand-me-downs for Andelyn), but we thought they turned out pretty well thanks to Ben's handy work. That is until we got to the Trunk-or-treat party and 90% of the people got them wrong. Just to clarify in case you can't figure it out. I was a black-eyed pea! Get it???? I had a black eye....and the letter P on my shirt....never mind. Most people made some sort of comment about me being an abused house wife. Poor Ben. He on the other hand was a Quarterback. We didn't get a very good picture of this, but everyone just assumed he was a plain old quarter. Apparently they didn't see the black under his eyes like the football players have. Anyway, Tyler was SUPER TYLER for Halloween. (The caps are because when ever someone asked what he was that's how much emphasis he put on the name.) Oh and thank you Grammie for making his awesome cape! Finally Andelyn was the cutest Cat of all times. All in all it was a really fun night.

So I never really have anything to say, so that's why I never update my blog, but Katie once again threatened my life if I didn't at least post pictures so that's what I'm doing. Hopefully you enjoy them in their randomness. :)

The day before I had been caring Andelyn around in my wrap while we played outside so he decided he needed to carry baby Mindy around in it too.

Ben will kill me when he sees that I posted this, but I think it's hilarious. Whenever he rides his bike he has to wear my boots and gloves. The fact that he's only in a diaper just adds to the effect.

Andelyn's Blessing

Andelyn was blessed back on May 3rd, but I figured you all might want to see some pictures anyway of the family on that day. I thought we were pretty cute and that's mostly due to mom and Dave buying the outfits for Tyler, Andelyn and I. We're so loved. Unfortunately though we asked a family memeber to take a bunch of picture and realized only after the day was over that there weren't any good ones showing our full outfits. The pictures posted are as good as it gets. We may have to dress everyone up again just to take more pictures. Anyway, all went well and Ben gave a beautiful blessing to her and we were able to have lots of his family there so that was good. All in all a very good day.

Still Learning

So I'm definitely still learning this whole blogging thing and still don't really get it or how to do a lot of things. Oh well. Maybe I'll learn someday, but right now I just don't have a lot of time. I'll try to be better with putting up pictures or something though.

Well I finally did it. I started a blog. I did so mostly because Katie threatened to call and bug me everyday until I created one. :) I don't know how good I'm going to be about updating it, but I'll try because the world needs to see how cute my kiddos are. At least I think they are.
