Halloween this year was pretty fun now that Tyler understands the concept of it a little more. He was even pretty good at saying Happy Halloween and Trick or Treat to everyone so it was cute. This year our costumes were all home-made (or at least hand-me-downs for Andelyn), but we thought they turned out pretty well thanks to Ben's handy work. That is until we got to the Trunk-or-treat party and 90% of the people got them wrong. Just to clarify in case you can't figure it out. I was a black-eyed pea! Get it???? I had a black eye....and the letter P on my shirt....never mind. Most people made some sort of comment about me being an abused house wife. Poor Ben. He on the other hand was a Quarterback. We didn't get a very good picture of this, but everyone just assumed he was a plain old quarter. Apparently they didn't see the black under his eyes like the football players have. Anyway, Tyler was SUPER TYLER for Halloween. (The caps are because when ever someone asked what he was that's how much emphasis he put on the name.) Oh and thank you Grammie for making his awesome cape! Finally Andelyn was the cutest Cat of all times. All in all it was a really fun night.

Her whiskers are messy because she wouldn't sit still.

Getting ready to go!

I think the white shoes add just the right touch

Waiting for the trunk or treat to actually start. I love Andelyn's smile here.

She's ready to go get that candy! Grammie made the pumpkin bag for Tyler last year. Pretty good huh?

In search of the loot!

The only picture we have of Ben's quarter. He did it all by hand in about 5 minutes.
These other pictures are just random cute ones again. I hope you all enjoy!

Tyler's first soap mohawk. I'm so proud.

He wasn't a big fan and promptly fixed it. Hopefully that holds true in later years.

He found daddies hard hat. Reading books is dangerous, didn't you know?
Halloween? Common Chrissy you gotta update this thing! Just kidding. You have some awfully cute kiddos and you're so creative on Halloween!
